How to enter

1. Scan the QR code in “direct mail letter received”, answer questions 1 to 3 and click “done” to submit.
2. To enter and be eligible for the prize draw, entrants must have actioned the steps noted in “1. How to enter” between August 22, 2024 and September 22, 2024
3. No responsibility is accepted by DLF Seeds for ineligible, lost or fraudulent entries. Ineligible entries include, but are not limited to, entries received after 12pm 22^nd of September 2024 or entries that have been either partially or incorrectly completed.
4. DLF Seeds cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to FORMLINK and is not responsible for any disruption to FORMLINK or due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control.

Prize Details

5. 3 x RM Williams Ute bags will be awarded to 3 users participating in the DLF Seeds Direct Mail: Spring 2024 Product Guide Feedback Request.
6. The winners will be selected at random by DLF Seeds by the 1^st of October 2024.
7. Winners will be contacted via the email address entered in question 3 at FORMLINK https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/dlfseedsguidefeedbackspring 
7. A DLF Seeds team member will contact winners by the 2^nd of October 2024 to confirm order details of prize (1 RM Williams Ute bag valued at $359.00).
8. If DLF Seeds, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact a winner within 4 weeks of the prize being drawn then the prize is forfeited by that winner and further draw(s) will be conducted.
12. The prize is subject to availability and may differ to the prize shown. If the exact prize is not available, a prize to a similar value and specification will be awarded instead.
13. The prize includes delivery to the winners.
14. The prize will be delivered by Australian Post.
15. DLF Seeds cannot guarantee continuous, timely or uninterrupted delivery service provided by Australian Post and is not responsible for any prizes delayed or lost in transit due to technical/postage problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control.
16. The names of the winners will be announced on the DLF Seeds Facebook page. Entrants agree to have their name presented on the Facebook page in the event of becoming a winner.
17. Decisions of DLF Seeds on aspects of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Entry is only open to individuals who are 18 years or over on the date of entry and who are residents in Australia. Employees and immediate families of PGG Wrightson Seeds Limited and its associated companies are ineligible to enter.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, DLF Seeds excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any prize quality or other issues, technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under DLF Seeds control); any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; any entry or prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt or sending by DLF Seeds) due to any reason.
